UKRTRUBOPROM ASSOCIATION OF UKRAINIAN TUBE WORKS

Ukrtruboprom is the association that brings together
specialized Ukrainian tube works and the Scientific Research Institute for Tube Industry
and ensures high quality and serviceability of tubes and tubular goods.

Ukrtruboprom produces more than 1,500 dimension-types of
pipes and tubes made of more than 300 types of steels and alloys with various technical
and operating characteristics.

Nowadays, the Association includes eight major tube
manufacturers of Ukraine, namely Khartsyzsk, Novomoskovsk, Dnepropetrovsk, and Lugansk
Tube Works; Komintern Metallurgical Works of Dnepropetrovsk; Ilyich Iron and Steel Works
of Mariupol; Nizhnedneprovsk Tube Rolling Works; and Nikopol Yuzhnotrubny Works.

The Association applies the most advanced technologies of
hot, cold, and warm finishing of tubes, electric welding and centrifugal casting,
employing standard equipment with upgraded units and aggregates.

Seamless and welded steel tubes made of carbon and alloy
steel manufactured by enterprises that are members with Ukrtruboprom Assn are broadly used
in oil and gas industry, building of power-generating machines, agriculture, and
industrial construction.

A significant portion of tubes manufactured by the
Association are certified in accordance with foreign standards. Ukrtruboprom Association

Besides, the Association manufactures drainage and
water-pressure tubes and pipes, flanged joint-weld tubes, and tubes for soda-making.

Ukrtruboprom Association participates in scientific
research on theoretical and practical issues of making tubes with new consumer properties
and engages in engineering developments for novel manufacturing and finishing equipment.
The Association widely raises investments in creation of fundamentally new and upgrade of
the existing technologies and in manufacture of steel and iron tubes.
