AutoKrAZ increased production, results of the first quarter 2004

In the first quarter 2004, AutoKrAZ HC (Kremenchug, Poltava region of Ukraine), the only Ukraine’s producer of large trucks, increased production of automobiles by +75,4%, or by +169 units against the analogous period of 2003, up to 393 units.

As it was reported at the press-service of the holding, production increase at the enterprise was caused by the expanding of sales markets for products by AutoKrAZ.

According to his words, in March 2004 AutoKrAZ increased production of automobiles by +8.39%, or by +11 units against February 2004, up to 142 units and 20 automobile sets.

It was also reported that, if compared to March 2003, AutoKrAZ reduced production by –20.7%, or by 37 units in March 2004.

For reference. AutoKrAZ HC produces 27 basic models and almost 150 modifications of large-tonnage trucks, specifically, mine trucks, side trucks, timber-carriers, articles, military all-terrain vehicles, plants serving petroleum and gas mining.
