Ukraine’s export of ferroalloys, results of January-February 2004

In January-February 2004, the aggregated export of basic and low-tonnage ferroalloys from Ukraine made up 184.0 ths t for the total amount of USD 106.0 mn, which makes up 97.8% (by tonnage) of exports supplied in January-February 2003. During the same period Ukraine imported 3.9 ths t of basic and low-tonnage ferroalloys for the total amount of USD 9.1 mn, which makes up 81.5% (by tonnage) to the import level of the analogous period of 2003.
