Ukraine’s export of steel tubes to Russian Federation, results of January-February 2004

According to the intergovernmental agreement between Russia and Ukraine for 2004 the quotas of steel tube supplies to Russian Federation were stated in volume of 715 ths t, including 230 ths t of large diameter tubes and 4.2 ths t of stainless tubes. According to the preliminary data, in January-February 2004 Ukraine supplied 61.4 ths t of steel tubes fulfilling the annual quota by 8.6 %. As for the other agreed tubes articles, the annual quota for large diameter tubes (article 7305 11 00 00) was fulfilled by 12.0% (27.6 ths t), stainless tubes by 14.7% (over 0.6 ths t), other tube articles by 6.9% (33.1 ths t).
