In January 2004 Ukraine imported about 730 ths t of coking coal for the total amount of approximately USD 39 mn at the average price level of USD/MT 54. If compared to January 2003 Ukrainian imports of coking coal increased by approximately +20%. At that, the average price level increased by approximately +1.4 times.
