Zaporozhstal OJSC increased production of rolled metal by +3,4%; results of January-February 2004.

In February 2004 Zaporozhstal OJSC produced 377.8 ths t of sinter, 249.9 ths t of cast iron, 341.2 ths t of steel, and 291.6 ths t of rolled metal.

In total, in January-February 2004 production of rolled metal increased by +3.4% against the analogous period of the last year, up to 606.1 ths t. During the same period the enterprise produced 528.4 ths t of cast iron, which is by +1.9 ths t higher, than in the analogous period of 2003; steel 720.2 ths t (+2.6%). Production of sinter reduced by –49.8 ths t (-5.6%) to 835.1 ths t.
