Metallurgical enterprises of Lugansk region of Ukraine increased production in February 2004.

According to the Industrial department at Lugansk State Regional Administration, in February 2004 production was increased by Alchevsk ISW OJSC: +3.6% against January 2004, production of finished rolled metal increased by +4.2%. During the same period Alchevsk Coke and Chemical Plant almost fulfilled the plan of February, Rodakovoresursy increased production of steel tubes by +2.6% against January. Lutugino Plant for Forming Rolls increased production by +10.7%. Stakhanovsky Plant for Ferroalloys OJSC continued woks for technological launching of the enterprises and starting production of ferroalloys.
